User Agreement for the "OhMyGesh" Mobile Application

Effective Date: October 25, 2024
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you IP Bezhaev S.A. OGRNIP: 318547600066421 INN 540862132615, 630004, Novosibirsk, st. Lenina 48 (hereinafter referred to as the Copyright Holder) regarding your use of the "Sheregesh Ski Resort" mobile application ("App").
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.
 1. License Grant
1.1. Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. License Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
